Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Clearsteps ABA Newark, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time $27 - $33 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - New Jersey Clearsteps ABA, a leading provider of licensed, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children ages 2-12 across New Jersey and Missouri, is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of passionate professionals dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices.
Job Summary:
As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their natural environment, working closely with families and team members to ensure client success. Our mission is to "reach out with our hearts and touch the hearts of others" by delivering structured, compassionate care designed to help children with autism build meaningful communication, social, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document data on client progress, maintaining a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and therapy sessions

Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification / Bilingual High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required Ability to pass background check Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

Pay Range:
$27-$33/hour
Full Time:
40 Hours & Part Time available
