Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a positive difference in the lives of students. This full-time position offers the chance to work 35 hours per week during the upcoming academic year. Contribute your skills as part of a dedicated educational team supporting students who benefit from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification required Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred Practical knowledge of ABA strategies, behavior intervention, and data collection Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals and school staff Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision Support students one-on-one or in small groups, promoting positive behaviors Collect and accurately record behavior data and progress notes Assist with daily classroom routines and reinforce skill-building activities Communicate updates and observations to BCBA, teachers, and caregivers Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as required
