Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing support to students as a Registered Behavior Technician or Social Worker with strong behavioral skills. This role is available immediately through the second week of June and is conveniently situated near Bridgeville, DE. You'll play a vital part in helping students achieve their goals while collaborating with school staff in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred BCBA credentials or experience supporting a BCBA a plus Licensed Social Workers with demonstrated behavioral management experience encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability in a school setting Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with students, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Model positive behavioral strategies in classrooms and individual settings Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student's success Collect and record data accurately to monitor student progress Provide timely feedback and recommendations on behavioral support Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of effective intervention strategies This contract position offers approximately 3.5 hours per day, making it a great fit for professionals seeking a flexible, part-time role with impactful work in a school environment.
