Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within a school-based setting near Ridgefield, CT! In this vital role, you'll collaborate closely with students, educators, and behavior analysts to support each child's growth and success in the classroom. Desired Qualifications:
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical environments Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability in dynamic settings
Key Responsibilities:
