Key Responsibilities:

 Implement Individualized ABA Treatment Plans developed by our BCBAs  Collect and Record Data on client progress and behavior  Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team members (Speech and OT)  Attend Team Meetings ✅

Qualifications:

 Active RBT Certification  ABA Experience Preferred  Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral health, and ethical clinical practices  Reliable transportation, valid driver license, auto insurance, and smartphone  Excellent communication and organizational skills  Collaborative and proactive mindset

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to stand for extended periods, bend frequently, sit on the floor and lift up to 50 pounds

Additional Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and circulate for extended periods of time. Ability to see for purposes of reading laws and codes, rules and policies, and other printed matter and observing students. Ability to hear and understand speech at normal speech levels, in the English language. Ability to communicate so others will be able to clearly understand normal conversation. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. Ability to move from a sitting to standing position quickly Moderate to high stress levels. Work fluctuates between a clinical, office, and home environment. Regular contact with parents, community members, and outside agency personnel.

Hazards:

incumbent may be exposed to contact with individuals displaying physically aggressive, self-abusive, or socially undesirable behavior. Ability and willingness to travel between client locations for appointments as assigned in a punctual manner.
