This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, assist dentist during procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and handing necessary supplies. Reviewing medical history and insurance information of the patients. Manage appointment scheduling using dental practice management software. Maintain accurate and comprehensive dental records, including documentation review, treatment notes, and care plans. Manage phone systems with professional phone etiquette, answer patient inquiries promptly, and coordinate appointment follow-ups. Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient intake forms with high proficiency. Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA standards. Requirements Looking for the right person who is friendly, energetic, enthusiastic with a strong interest to learn new techniques and procedures. Prefer someone with a prior experience as a Dental Assistant but the right candidate can be trained. X-ray certified and confident in taking x-rays Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of dental terminology. Familiarity with any dental software. Prior experience with insurance verification or any dental experience is preferred. Demonstrate customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Proficiency in computer skills with any office management software.
