Job Description

Capital Dental Group is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Candidates must work well in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. If you are an RDA looking for a rewarding career, this position is for you!
Job Summary:
As an RDA at Capital Dental Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients while working alongside our providers and team. You will utilize your functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations in the delivery of high-quality dental care. This position requires technical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform all duties of a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) within the scope of the license, including but not limited to chairside assisting, taking radiographs, and maintaining patient records. Assist the dentist with comprehensive dental care. Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures. Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures. Protect patient privacy by adhering to HIPAA protocols. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care instructions. Assist with scheduling and coordinating patient appointments. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional patient experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in dental technology.
Requirements:
Current RDA license in the state of California CPR Certification Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RDA(preferred) Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Proficiency in taking dental radiographs (X-rays) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate computer skills Detail-oriented Team player
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand up to 10 hours per day Ability to twist and turn, if needed Repetitive Motion (hands) Handling (grasping, holding) Lifting/Carrying (up to 10lbs) Pushing/Pulling (up to 10lbs)
Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday Full-Time :
4 days, 10 hours a day.
Pay:
$19.00-$27.00 per hour (doe) + monthly bonus opportunity
