Registered Dental Hygienist

We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice proudly serving the Beaumont community for decades. We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate, and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with a 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule. We are looking for a team-oriented professional who is passionate about patient care, has excellent communication skills, and values providing high-quality dentistry in a friendly and professional environment.

Position Details Part-Time RDH Schedule:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 days / week) Competitive compensation based on experience Starting rate: $35/hour PTO and additional benefits available based on length of employment Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, fluoride treatments, and sealants Take and review digital dental radiographs / CBCT Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Assist the doctor in diagnosing and treatment planning Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Provide a positive and welcoming patient experience Collaborate effectively with doctors and team members to maintain smooth daily operations, including seeing ER patients Qualifications Current Texas RDH license in good standing Prior clinical experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience with Dentrix software/ Open Dental is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail About Our Office Privately owned, non-corporate dental practice Long-standing reputation in the Beaumont community Modern technology and supportive team environment Focus on comprehensive, patient-centered dental care Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in joining our team to: dentalresumebeaumont@gmail.com We look forward to hearing from qualified candidates who are passionate about dentistry and patient care.
