Registered Dental Hygienist

Arroyo Haven Dentistry is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in South Pasadena . We are seeking coverage for Mondays and Wednesdays , 1 hour per a patient, no more than 8 patients a day with an hour lunch. Our Story... Our Commitment to Hygiene Excellence At Arroyo Haven Dentistry, we believe hygiene is the foundation of long-term oral and systemic health. We proudly follow the principles of Hygiene Mastery , a comprehensive philosophy focused on exceptional clinical care, patient education, periodontal health, and creating a truly collaborative hygiene department. We are proud to be the only practice in the San Gabriel Valley currently working with Hygiene Mastery alongside a dedicated personal dental coach. This mentorship helps each individual hygienist elevate their clinical skills, communication, confidence, and professional growth based on where they want to go in their career. Our coaching also extends to the entire office, helping the whole team learn how to better support one another and create a truly collaborative approach to patient care. In addition, we have invested in Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) technology through EMS to optimize the care we provide in our hygiene department. GBT allows us to deliver minimally invasive, evidence-based hygiene care with greater comfort, precision, and efficiency for our patients. We use GBT for nearly all patients, helping create a more comfortable experience while improving biofilm management and periodontal outcomes. We also prioritize quality care over volume and schedule 1 hour per patient , allowing our hygienists the time they need to provide thorough, relationship-centered care without feeling rushed. Our hygiene team is empowered with advanced tools, ongoing education, and a supportive environment designed to help clinicians thrive and provide the highest level of patient care.
