Registered Dental Hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist (Wabasha, MN) $5000 sign-on bonus! Perry Dental is looking for a RDH to join our established, state-of-the-art, private, family-owned practice. Perry Dental currently has 3 locations located in Wabasha MN, Eyota MN, and Pepin, WI. Our team is friendly, talented, and system-oriented. We prioritize the use of the latest technology, including digital x-rays, 3D imaging, nitrous, paperless charting and Open Dental software. We provide one-day crowns, Implants, Preventative Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Removable/Fixed Prosthodontics, Root Canals, Extractions, adult and child orthodontics, and many other general dental procedures. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. As our perfect match, you: Have the ability to maintain a current license in MN Have experience taking and recording dental histories and patient records and documenting areas of failure, both periodontally and restoratively, to facilitate the dentist's diagnosis and treatment recommendations Have a thorough understanding of how to remove hard and soft deposits from teeth Can readily instruct and educate patients in oral hygiene, provide preventative dental care, take X-rays, and apply fluoride or sealants Help maintain patient flow, keeping treatment rooms neat and organized Are willing to abide by the practice's protocol for patient care, room setup, and equipment sterilization Are articulate, service-oriented, and have great eye/hand coordination in order to provide gentle and thorough hygiene care to our patients Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service Show strong respect for all your coworkers, regardless of position Are willing and able to demonstrate your ability to abide by the practice's protocol for patient care, room setup, and equipment sterilization Follow all OSHA guidelines and precautions regarding infection control and safety CPR certification One or more years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates Pay and benefits: Competitive and negotiable salary Medical reimbursement- HRA Achievable bonuses CE Dental care for employee and immediate family Life insurance 401 (K) and 3% Employer Safe Harbor contribution $150 annual uniform allowance
