PM Friday:

• 2:00 PM What You'll Do Provide comprehensive hygiene care (prophy, SRP, patient education, etc.

) Manage your own column with strong clinical autonomy Collaborate with doctors and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow Build strong relationships with patients and support a positive experience Help address patient backlog and support practice growth What to Expect 13-14 patients per day 40-minute adult appointments / 30-minute pediatric Assisted hygiene model (1 assistant per hygienist) 2 hygiene columns supported

What We're Looking For Required:

Active Wyoming Dental Hygiene license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient care skills Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Preferred:

Local anesthesia certification (not required) Open to new graduates

Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

30% of production (typically averaging $50
