Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay:

$40/hour

Bonus Opportunities:

Performance-based incentives available - earn $10 more for every patient you see beyond 7 patients a day. Meaning, for your 8th patient you make an additional $10, and so on for anymore patients seen in a single day. In addition, all employees receive quarterly bonuses based on overall production. 401(k) available Flexible part-time schedule No evenings or weekends

Responsibilities:

Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Take digital radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in co-diagnosis and communicate findings with the doctor Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

Active West Virginia Dental Hygienist license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality care New graduates welcome
