Job Description

Registered Dental Hygienist 31 Portland Road, Gray, ME 04039 Up to $55 an hour - Full-time Up to $55 an hour - Full-time Company Overview Maine Dentistry is seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are a modern cosmetic and family dental practice committed to providing exceptional care in a welcoming and supportive environment. What we offer:
$5,000-$10,000 sign-on bonus Competitive base pay and bonus structure Paid time off up to 4 weeks 401(k) / 401(k) matching $500/month health insurance stipend 7-9 paid holidays 3.5 day work week
Responsibilities:
Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Assist in developing personalized treatment recommendations Support a positive and comfortable patient experience Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure high-quality care Skills Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Ability to perform patient care tasks including patient assessment, documentation review, and medical coding. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration. Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and medical imaging technology. Knowledge of infection control protocols, HIPAA compliance, and aseptic techniques within a dental setting. Up to $55.00 per hour
