The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our full-time clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who takes pride in delivering thorough, compassionate preventive care and building lasting relationships with patients. You will play a critical role in the oral health of our community — and in the overall success of our practice. Compensation & Benefits $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive, collaborative team environment Modern, well-equipped operatories Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Responsibilities Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments, oral cancer screenings, and full-mouth charting Provide thorough prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and other preventive and therapeutic hygiene services Expose and review dental radiographs in accordance with state guidelines and practice protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, periodontal health, and preventive care strategies Document patient records accurately and completely in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans and communicate clinical findings Administer local anesthesia where permitted under Texas state law Apply sealants, fluoride treatments, and other preventive agents as indicated Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sterilized clinical environment Foster a positive, trust-based relationship with every patient to encourage long-term recall compliance Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program Current CPR/BLS certification Experience with digital radiography and dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) Local anesthesia certification preferred Strong clinical skills and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages Ability to manage a full patient schedule efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude The Ideal Candidate You are a passionate hygienist who genuinely cares about your patients' long-term oral health.
