We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a proactive nature, a strong sense of ownership and integrity for our awesome dental practice. In this position, you'll be part of a team striving to provide the Perfect Patient Experience. Helping your patients focused on optimal and necessary treatment needs such as Scaling and Root Planning; basic hygiene needs while attending to their individual concerns and radiographs and exams with the dental provider. You will educate and counsel patients on dental health, plaque control, oral hygiene, and nutrition.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have: A degree in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid California State license Excellent communication skills to discuss unscheduled treatment with patients using visual tools and verbal skills to help educate and keep our patients motivated and a positive team attitude A commitment to excellence with your team and our community 3+ years of prior RDA experience preferred .
