We're looking for a Therapeutic Eating Disorder Dietitian who understands that healing is about far more than meal plans and macros. About the Role In this position, you'll support adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image distress, and the often messy process of recovery. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team that values curiosity, trauma-informed care, and authentic connection. This is a role for someone who: Knows that food behaviors always have a story Can balance evidence-based care with deep empathy Believes all bodies deserve respect Understands recovery isn't linear Wants to create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen What You'll Do Provide individualized nutrition counseling for eating disorder recovery Support clients using approaches rooted in HAES®, intuitive eating, and trauma-informed care Collaborate with therapists, physicians, nurses, and families Help clients challenge food rules, rebuild body trust, and develop sustainable nourishment patterns Document care thoughtfully and maintain ethical clinical standards Contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentials Experience working with eating disorders and/or mental health populations Strong understanding of anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and disordered eating Excellent interpersonal and therapeutic communication skills Passion for inclusive, weight-neutral care CEDS certification (or interest in pursuing it) is a plus

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
