  • Part-time Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, where you will play a vital role in promoting optimal health through personalized nutrition care.

Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and identify specific dietary needs Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans that align with medical diagnoses and treatment goals Provide expert counseling on topics such as weight loss, geriatrics, and disease management to promote health and wellness Monitor patient progress through ongoing evaluations and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients, families, and healthcare staff on nutrition best practices, including tube feeding techniques and physiology considerations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition strategies into overall patient care plans Document all interventions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed records of patient progress Requirements Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from an accredited program or certifying body Proven experience in hospital or clinical settings, with a focus on acute care or geriatrics preferred Strong knowledge of physiology, diagnostics evaluation, and nutrition principles across diverse populations Hands-on experience with dietary department operations, care planning, and EMR systems utilization Familiarity with tube feeding management, weight loss programs, and long-term care protocols Demonstrated skills in health coaching, patient assessment, and developing effective care plans Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership roles within multidisciplinary teams Join us if you're passionate about transforming lives through expert nutritional guidance!
