Overview Areas of Responsibility:
Areas of Responsibility:
Primary responsibility will consist of offering one-on-one nutrition counseling in an office setting Participate in team and care coordination meetings with RDs and other relevant professionals Coordinates all phases of nutrition care such as planning menu cycles, calculating diets and providing nutritional supplements as needed Conducts evaluation and assessment of clients nutritional needs Maintains current knowledge on regulations impacting food handling and reporting any incidents Supports clients, and caregivers, throughout their nutrition journey with regular check-ins, coordination of appointments, and the development of a personalized plan Summary

As a Private Practice Registered Dietitian, you will be integral in promoting health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans and dietary assessments. Reporting to the practice owner or manager, you will utilize your core skills in nutrition and dietetics, alongside premium skills in health coaching and care plan development, to support clients in achieving their health goals. Your relevant experience in long-term care and acute settings will enhance your ability to provide comprehensive dietary guidance. Required Skills & Characteristics:
Self-starter with good communication, leadership and administrative skills Comfortable and confident supporting clients of all ages (adults and children) who present with dietary needs ranging from chronic disease and sports performance to disordered eating and digestive concerns A person-centered treatment and coaching philosophy Effective charting and time management A strong desire to meet clients where they are
Job Types:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
