Training:

Desert Capital Management Group offers a 6-12 month initial training program in which candidates are introduced to the investment industry, develop marketing strategies and experience supervised client interactions, including ability to study and complete Series 65 exam. Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to grow an advisory business under the direction and support of senior-level executives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred; Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing and Communications.
