Qualifications:
A basic understanding of ABA Therapy services Must have a passion for working directly with children with disabilities 1 year of working in ABA Therapy or a related field is preferred Must have reliable transportation Experience working with children with behavioral problems is preferred Excellent communication skills Highschool diploma Primary responsibilities include: Provide ABA Therapy to children with ASD that are 2-20 years old in a clinic-based setting. Deliver behavior-analytic services under the direct and close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Supervisions with a BCBA will occur on a weekly basis depending on your assigned caseload. Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and supervisors Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by the BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. This will include skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan Provide daily written and verbal progress notes to the supervising BCBA Ensure that the client is always in a safe and enriching environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment. Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, and technology, and training in order to perform job responsibilities to required standard. Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time. Complete all required documentation including behavioral data, daily notes and daily/weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinate with other service providers working with clients to encourage consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers. This position is an at-will employment position and either you or Quality Youth Services, LLC. can terminate your employment at any time or for no reason. Staff members will only be compensated for billable services provided (unless otherwise specified) generally 20-40 hours per week.'
