The RN House Supervisor oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring quality patient care, staffing coordination, regulatory compliance, and clinical support across departments. This role serves as a resource for nursing staff, addresses patient care concerns, and supports efficient facility operations in collaboration with leadership and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing operations and staffing during assigned shifts Provide clinical support and guidance to nursing staff Coordinate patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges Respond to emergencies and resolve operational issues promptly Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

Current Pennsylvania RN License or temporary work permit required at time of interview BLS Certification (AHA) required
