Our clinic focuses on personalized metabolic health, medical weight loss, hormone health, IV therapy, and overall wellness services designed to help patients feel better, live healthier, and reach sustainable results. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys building relationships with patients, working in a wellness-focused environment, and being part of a team that is launching something meaningful in the Superior and Boulder County community. Position Summary The Registered Nurse will support daily clinical operations, patient care, wellness services, and provider-directed treatment plans. This role will assist with services related to hormone health, TRT/HRT support, IV hydration therapy, injections, patient education, and general clinical coordination. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and compassionate care to Lindora patients Administer IV hydration therapy, injections, and other approved wellness treatments Support hormone health services, including TRT/HRT-related patient care under provider direction Assist with patient intake, vitals, medical history updates, and clinical documentation Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness goals, follow-up care, and program expectations Maintain accurate records in the clinical system Follow all safety, sanitation, compliance, and medical protocols Partner with the Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director, and leadership team to ensure a smooth patient experience Help create a welcoming, professional, and high-touch studio environment Support inventory management for medical supplies, IV products, injections, and wellness services Participate in launch activities, training, and ongoing service development as the studio grows Qualifications Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Colorado Experience with IV therapy required or strongly preferred Experience with hormone health, TRT/HRT, wellness, med spa, weight loss, functional medicine, or similar services preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and patient education skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing wellness environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Passion for health, wellness, patient outcomes, and preventive care Preferred Experience IV hydration therapy Hormone replacement therapy support Medical weight loss or metabolic health programs Injections and wellness services EMR or medical documentation systems Patient education and lifestyle coaching support What We Offer Opportunity to be part of a growing wellness brand in Superior, Colorado Positive, patient-focused work environment Hands-on involvement in launching and growing a new studio Training and support through Lindora systems and clinical protocols A collaborative team focused on service, outcomes, and long-term growth Schedule Part-time or full-time opportunities may be available depending on candidate availability and clinic needs.
