Premium Pay. No PRN. Oculus Health Staffing is looking for reliable Registered Nurses to join our team in Old Bridge, NJ. We believe in providing our nurses with a predictable schedule and a supportive environment. We are currently offering permanent Full-Time (40 hours) and Part-Time (24 hours) positions—giving you the stability that PRN roles can't offer. What We Offer

Pay Rate:

$46.00 per hour.

Reliable Pay:

Weekly payroll with Direct Deposit.

Support:

Paid orientation and 24/7 scheduling assistance.

Fixed Hours:

Choose a schedule that stays consistent. Shift Options All shifts are 8 hours. Weekends are required and are factored into your 24 or 40 weekly hours. You can choose to work Every Other Weekend or Every Weekend.

Days:

7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM

Evenings:

3:00 PM

• 11:00 PM

Nights:

11:00 PM

• 7:00 AM Key Responsibilities In this role, you will balance direct patient care with unit leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and management to ensure high-quality care.

Compliance:

Maintain all safety and confidentiality standards (HIPAA, OSHA).

Staff Growth:

Assist management with coaching and developing team members.

Qualifications & Requirements The Basics:

• Valid New Jersey RN License.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
