We're hiring Behavioral Health RNs to join our inpatient and crisis teams in Yum a, AZ. These full-time roles offer fixed 12-hour shifts in three-day blocks, giving you stable, consistent scheduling and true work-life balance. If you thrive in fast-paced clinical environments and feel called to support individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact. Available Shifts Day Shift (3×12) Three consecutive 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift (3×12) Three consecutive 12-hour shifts 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM ? No rotation ? No last-minute changes ?
