Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care / Annual Wellness Visits Orlando, FL | Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) | Flexible Hours Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse ready to make a meaningful impact in outpatient primary care? We're seeking an Ambulatory RN to join our family medicine team, working collaboratively with physicians and staff to deliver excellent patient care — including comprehensive Annual Wellness Visits .

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient family medicine clinic setting, including patient assessments, education, and care coordination. Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) — assessing risk factors, reviewing health history, and creating personalized preventive care plans with patients. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure patients receive seamless, patient-centered care. Document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR) and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines. Provide patient education on wellness, chronic disease prevention, and community resources. Support rooming, triage, and clinic workflow as needed to optimize patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida. Strong clinical assessment skills and a passion for preventive care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and multidisciplinary team members. Prior ambulatory care or primary care experience preferred (but not required).
