Provide direct care to adult patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or injuries Monitor patients and manage medical equipment Administer medications and coordinate care plans Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic careQualifications:
Minimum of 1 year RN experience required ASN required; BSN preferred Current Indiana RN license Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required Additional certifications may be required based on unit specialtyEducation:
The Registered Nurse (RN) must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. oExceptions:
Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience.
