Registered Nurse

Colby Health and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 12-hour day or night shift (5:00 - 5:00 ) in our skilled nursing facility. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $39.00 - $41.00 per hour (based on experience), along with a CARES differential bonus of $2.00 per hour and full benefits package for eligible employees. This position follows a consistent rotating schedule: Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday You will enjoy every other weekend as a 3-day weekend, never work more than 3 consecutive days, and have 7 days off every 14-day cycle. Required Experience & Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current CPR certification Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and support teams to ensure quality outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards
