Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and administer treatments as needed
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance
• Monitor patients' conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented
• Conduct physical examinations and assessments
• Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
