We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, South Carolina. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and services to our residents. About the
Role:
As a Registered Nurse RN at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for: Providing direct patient care to residents with complex medical needs Developing and implementing individualized care plans Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitoring patient responses to treatments and adjusting care plans as needed Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of South Carolina Current CPR Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds How to
