Requirement:

Active RN License 1-2 years of RN Experience Responsibilities Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in compliance with hospital standards. Participate in departmental quality improvement and shared governance initiatives. Float to other units as assigned to meet patient care needs. Support continuity of care across departments by applying clinical expertise. Contribute to maintaining a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.
