How you'll make an impact in this roleShift Leadership & Resource Planning:
Exercise independent judgment to coordinate unit staffing, plan shifts, and prioritize daily patient/physician dynamics to ensure seamless clinical operations and quality care.Staff Direction & Development:
Assign, direct, and monitor nursing and support associates, while providing key input into hiring, training, professional development, and performance evaluations.Patient Care & Assignment Optimization:
Assess daily patient needs to develop and distribute population-appropriate care assignments, ensuring accountability for productivity standards and justifying any variances.Quality Assurance & Complaint Management:
Oversee the implementation of clinical objectives and act as the primary point of contact for resolving patient care complaints through established organizational channels.Operations & Supply Chain Facilitation:
Maintain a highly functional unit environment by ensuring the continuous availability of adequate materials, resources, and essential medical supplies. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification /Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date reqired. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
