Hourly Pay Range:
$40.45•$62.70•The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Monday•Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM.
What you will do:
Coordination of applicable program(s) and other initiatives. Has responsibility and accountability for applicable program(s) and provides clinical and administrative leadership in the care of patients through the care continuum.

Coordinates and evaluates operations and clinical program processes to ensure the delivery of quality patient care for patients.

Assists leadership with establishing the goals for the program to provide patient-focused quality care, patient satisfaction and cost-efficient care.

Direct oversight and responsibility for applicable program regulatory accreditation What you will need: Current Illinois RN licensure Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Current CPR for Healthcare Providers Self-starter, able to handle periods of high stress Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting/bending/reaching/climbing and repetitive use of hands Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and carry/push up to 20 lbs.
