Key Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop patient care plans Provide direct patient care while ensuring comfort and safety Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient records Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans Ensure compliance with infection control and healthcare regulations Support admissions, transfers, and discharge planning processes

Requirements:
