Registered Nurse Hospital

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare team at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in DeWitt, Arkansas . This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care while ensuring safety, compliance, and continuity of care. As an RN, you will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. You will provide clinical oversight, support LPNs and CNAs, and serve as a key resource in maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance within the facility. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to positive patient outcomes, efficient workflows, and a collaborative care environment.
