Local & Travel Job Summary Springfield Staffing Inc. is hiring experienced ICU Registered Nurses for a contract assignment. This role supports a high-acuity ICU caring for Neuro, Medical, CTICU, Surgical, and Trauma patients. Heart/CTICU experience is highly preferred.
Unit Details Beds:
42 (Neuro/Med 22 | CTICU 6 | Surg/Trauma 14)
Floating:
Required (all units except Behavioral & ER unless holding)
Scrubs:
Navy EMR:
EPIC Common Diagnoses:
Stroke, sepsis, AMS, respiratory failure, CHF, post-STEMI, cardiogenic shock, trauma, major post-op cases
Specialty Equipment:
IABP, CRRT
( Prismaflex/NxStage ), ventilators, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, TTM (Arctic Sun) Requirements Active NY RN License (NURSYS verified) 2+ years ICU experience (ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU) Experience with CRRT & Prismaflex (required) Heart/CTICU experience strongly preferred 2 recent ICU Charge/Manager RN references Current
AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
