Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Experience in Long-Term Care or skilled nursing facility preferred. Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
