Full Time How you'll make an impact in this role Manage catheterization lab services activities, workflow and nursing resources. Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient care services in a unit. Develops andimplements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services in aunit. Ensures departmental compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Monitor and adhere to budgets. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to ensure compliance with budget guidelines. Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification /

Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.

Education:
