An acute care facility is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. This role involves delivering patient-centered nursing care that is safe, compassionate, and aligned with evidence-based practices. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients and their families across all stages of care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. This opportunity includes multiple openings with flexible scheduling options, including per diem/on-call and part-time day shifts. The position requires adherence to professional nursing standards, state regulations, and established clinical protocols.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in an acute care environment Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory compliance Support patients and families with education and care planning Respond effectively to changes in patient conditionRequired Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Montana Registered Nurse license at time of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire Minimum of 1 year of nursing experiencePreferred Qualifications:
National certification in a nursing specialty areaKey Skills Required:
Patient assessment and clinical decision-making Care coordination and teamwork Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment Why This Location?
