Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients throughout their treatment and recovery process in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and ancillary staff to ensure high-quality care Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Previous Med/Surg or acute care experience preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
