- Deliver high quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond to medical and behavioral health emergencies using sound clinical judgment.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Uphold Ashley's core values of compassion, dignity, and respect in all patient interactions. What You Bring
- Current RN license in the state of Maryland (or compact state).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Med-Surg, ICU, or ER settings.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
