Position Overview:

We are seeking a

PRN PACU RN

to join our dynamic team at Haymarket Surgery Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-anesthesia care, demonstrating longevity in past roles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgical procedures. Monitor vital signs, assess patients' conditions, and ensure a smooth transition from anesthesia to recovery. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Skills:

Valid RN license in the state of Virginia. Minimum of 3 years of experience in PACU or critical care settings. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current BLS and ACLS certification. Demonstrated longevity in past roles, showcasing commitment and reliability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
