Registered Nurse - Resident Care Facility - Full Time, Nights

Job description Touchstone Communities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high-quality care to residents in our senior living and long-term care community. As an RN with Touchstone Communities, you will play a central role in delivering comprehensive, person-centered nursing care while supporting our family-oriented culture focused on respect, dignity, and teamwork. In this role, you will conduct thorough nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor residents' health status, particularly those with complex, chronic, or post-acute needs. You will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, social workers, and caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's medical needs, preferences, and goals. Your clinical judgment and critical thinking will be essential in recognizing changes in condition, intervening promptly, and communicating effectively with the care team and families. The RN will provide leadership and guidance to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other support staff, modeling best practices and ensuring that all aspects of resident care meet regulatory standards and Touchstone's high expectations for quality. You will help maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols, fall prevention strategies, and other safety procedures, and by actively participating in quality improvement efforts.
