Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team in West Allis.

We are currently hiring for:

NOC = 6PM - 6AM Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor resident conditions and report changes Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Active Wisconsin RN license SNF/LTC experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Team-oriented with a resident-focused approach What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling (8s or 12s) Supportive leadership Opportunities for growth
