Your Role Matters:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Haida, you'll be a cornerstone of our residents' care and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and leadership to deliver top-tier patient care. Guiding and supervising LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure safe and effective nursing practices. Reviewing and maintaining accurate nurses' notes and documentation. Administering medications and treatments, starting IVs, and updating charts as needed. Interpreting diagnostic tests and assessing patients' conditions to provide timely, appropriate care. Creating a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for residents and staff, escalating concerns as needed to the ADON or DON.
