RN:

Oversee resident care plans and ensure quality nursing services Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions, assess symptoms, and update medical records Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, providing guidance and mentorship Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and families to provide the best patient care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols Provide wound care, IV therapy, and specialized nursing interventions as needed

What We're Looking For:
