293425286 Job Description Chinook Home Healthcare is a locally operated home healthcare company seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team in the Tri-Cities area. This position provides true 1:1 patient care in a home setting, allowing nurses to build meaningful relationships with patients while working in a more personalized and lower-ratio environment than traditional facility care. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical staff, and consistent opportunities for both full-time and part-time nurses.

Pay:

$55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform skilled nursing assessments Medication administration and review Accurate documentation and charting Patient and family education Provide care based on individualized patient needs Some cases may involve skilled nursing care such as: Tracheostomy care Ventilator support Gastrostomy tube care and feedings Nebulizer treatments TPN administration

Medication Administration Schedule Options:

Day shifts Night Shifts 6-hour shifts 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:
