Full-time (W2) | On-site Celly Mobile Dialysis is seeking an experienced Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Mercer, Pennsylvania . This is a full-time, on-site position providing dialysis care at a correctional healthcare facility located at SCI Mercer . Full-time (W2) | On-site Position Overview On-site acute dialysis services within a correctional healthcare facility Average patient load of 4-6 patients per day Stable Monday / Wednesday / Friday schedule Adult patient population W2 employment with benefits Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective dialysis treatments in accordance with nephrologist orders and established protocols Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments Monitor patient response and intervene appropriately during treatment Accurately document treatments and clinical observations Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and compliance standards Collaborate with facility medical staff and interdisciplinary care teams Demonstrate professionalism, clinical judgment, and compassionate patient care

Qualifications Required:

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification (required at hire) Dialysis experience required (acute or chronic) Ability to pass a clean background check (required for facility access)

Preferred:

Acute dialysis experience BSN Prior experience in high-acuity or institutional healthcare settings Correctional facility experience is not required. Orientation and facility-specific training will be provided.
