Available Shifts:
Day Shift (12-hour): 6:45 AM
  • 7:15 PM Night Shift (12-hour): 6:45 PM
  • 7:15 AM Morning Shift (4-hour): Hours vary (morning coverage) Evening Shift (4-hour): 7:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, ensuring accurate documentation Monitor resident condition, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed Supervise and support nurse aides, providing assignments, guidance, ensuring quality and consistency of care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and manage resident care Educate residents and their families about rehabilitation goals, care plans, and discharge instructions Ensure resident safety, rights, confidentiality, and adherence to infection control and regulatory standards Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions Participate in ongoing staff education and training Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure high standards of care and safety Promote a positive team culture, fostering respect and open communication
Requirements:
