Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities Primary work site is located in Hope, Arkansas. You must be willing to drive to multiple locations including Hope, Arkansas and Texarkana, Arkansas. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Provide care for patients with infectious diseases, utilizing appropriate precautions and procedures. Document medical information accurately. Communicate with Physician or Nurse Practitioner as needed. Assist in emergency medicine situations, providing immediate care as necessary. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining proper handling techniques. Support patients with behavioral health issues through compassionate care and effective communication. Perform Venipuncture, administer IV infusions, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or complications. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized patient care plans. Be compliant with safety protocols and HIPAA patient confidentiality laws. Experience Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Previous experience in dialysis is preferred but not required. Previous dialysis training/working experience at Davita is acceptable. Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems. Ability to lift patients and equipment safely as needed throughout the shift. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and team members.
