How you'll contribute A Behavioral Health RN who excels in this role: Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Certifications:
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred.Licenses:
Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.Education:
